1 General Terms

3 Deposits & Payments

bw52 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All transactions on bw52 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bw52 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or financial crime.
• Suspected use of prohibited software or cheating methods.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (such as inactivity or player request), any verified real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
